Isn’t the sunshine great?
It’s so rare to get weather like this here in Ireland so when it does come along I think it’s important to get out and enjoy it as much as possible. For me, that means lots of running, walking and lounging on the grass in the local park.
With all that time comes lots of time to think so over the past few days I’ve ended up doing a lot of soul-searching.
That soul searching has led to this blog post.
I need your help.
Asking for help is not one of my strong points but it is something I’m working on and forcing myself to ask more often takes me out of my comfort zone. The more time we spend outside our comfort zones the more opportunity we have for growth and if we are not growing we are wasting our time.
So here’s what I need your help with, and what I’m willing to offer in return. I don’t like help for free.
Over the years I’ve used my qualifications as a personal trainer, nutritional therapist, life coach, hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner to help both ladies and gents reach their highest potential in a variety of ways and also helped hundreds of people overcome anxiety, stress, depression, fears, phobias, addiction and lots more.
I’ve been running the business for over 5 years now. I have now reached the point where I have to decide where I want the business to go and how can I best serve those who most need my help?
All these thoughts going through my head while I appeared to be casually relaxing in St Patricks Park.
Helping people is my passion; it’s what gets me out of bed in the morning and if I’m going to help people I want to strive to be the best in the world at it.
To be the best I need to get the best results for my clients and to get the best results I need to help them with the areas of their lives that matter most to them.
This is where you come in.
I’m dropping 99% of the services I offer and concentrating virtually everything on 2 brand new programs. One for ladies and one for the gents.
As I put together the new programs I would love to know what is the biggest challenge you face right now, that if you could overcome it, your whole life would change and move to a higher level?
If you had access to a fitness & nutrition professional, a therapist, a personal coach, a solution-focused transformation specialist, a mentor, motivator, accountability partner and positive mental health advocate, form 6-8 weeks, what would you want them to help you achieve?
What would be a successful result for you at the end of the 6-8 weeks?
If you can help me with this your suggestion might just become part of the new program and if that is the case you might just get the program for free 🙂
If you are interested in helping me please focus on the positive results you would like to achieve, and I’ll give you an example of what I mean.
If you say your goals would be to improve your health and fitness while changing your relationship with food so your stop binge eating or yo-yo dieting – don’t say “I don’t want to be fat, sick & lazy anymore and I don’t want to eat all the crap in the house every time I get stressed”
That’s telling me what you don’t want. I want to know what you do want.
Maybe something like this – “I want to have a better relationship with food. I want to enjoy what I eat without feeling guilty and I want to feel confident in my body. I want to enjoy exercise while also having time for a social life. I want to nourish my body and my mind so I can perform at the level I know I’m capable of and I want my mental health to be safeguarded too”
Does that make sense?
